Pleasure bignug. I been doing this for years and have several excellent configured search engines and nifty tools- took me 30 mins to find and post this lot(I used to be researcher for an aggegator news site and know the web inside out) I can't post every article I find that would take too long I'll just post what I think may be of interest. glad its useful

No probs my friend as it is actually useful to me too as a reference tool to keep track of what I read during the morn, and for checking back on analysis while I consider trading positions

Basically i use 2 online RSS feed trackers: one for sites: 'Bloglines' and one for search words: newsnow.co.uk(which has to be configured) If you want me to explain how to configure and set up the two search engines let me know and i would be happy to explain how you reduce your search time by 70%+, as I said I have been a researcher for aggegator sites and I know how to find things quickly with minimum effort. I only posted about 50% of the links I found, was very conservative this morn. childs play when you know how;)

Scallywag, I read the The Comex gold inventory jigsaw (http://ftalphaville.ft.com/blog/2010/08/31/330646/the-comex-gold-inventory-jigsaw/), and at the end of the article after presenting several intriguing charts, they ask the question, "Is someone liquidating GLD?" Based on the fact that NONE of the officers of GLD reportedly owns a single share of the fund and the charts in the article, that is a very likely proposition. I think Soros just recently sold some of his holdings there too, though he still has a sizeable investement in it.

the thing about Soros is that he has a very large position in GLD so if it folds he will get settled,(just like paulson) and all the other small investors will have to stand in line as unsecured creditors, me thinks phys gold is moving out of the etfs to relieve the pressure on the comex, pure fraud, but hell what else can we expect from the people that brought us subprime MBS, CDOs etc- scumbags the lot of them
