Default Aurico Gold short-term valuation

Assuming there's no major drop or spike in the POG after this weekend , do any of you forsee Aurico's valuation changing up or down based on their completed sell-off of Australian mines to Crocodile Gold? (Or already factored into the price?). Just having a tough time "getting a read" on Aurico lately - including other quality producing miners.

Sale will have minimal impact if any.
I do not own this but like the stock. I like the valuation, low debt and the geography of the mines. Have not really followed since they bought NGX which I did own. I did not like the high cost Australian mines and I guess they are gone now.
