Pretty cryptic Merlin..lol

Yes...avoid divorce...as it's costly, I can vouch for that. Beside that you have to make your own sandwiches.

But we all go through upgrading our collections and that usually makes us sell something to aquire the new, better investment coin. And that is a struggle that most of us have to make a major decision.."which ones" to sell off.

B/S/T thread is the place to list, but you can alert us to that thread without giving details. Thems the rules. Or simple PM method to a few steady-eddies.

Not sure what or which coins you are specifically refering to or the buy/offer prices you quoted and how they are related. Need more specifics. That was the cryptic part. Best of luck on your offers as I know you have a way of picking fairly rare items.

What would You set as a price for a coin with a mintage of 5,000 , and an ngc population of 1 pf70uc -It's 10 yrs old ?

There are 30,000y 1995 "W" Minted, and bay "completed listings" for this 'rarest' ASE are running $3,000 - give or take a few $ : 100 X spot IN PF69uc or deep c

The only 70 litings were $16,000 (unsold) , and a pf70uc "date set" (sold) @ $50,000

The common eagle pops are unknown in pf70 (to me). Although butt ugly, lady lib MAY also be "endangered" some day, however, my coin is unique.

So there is the uncryptic comparison

The hawksbill, although only "chow time" in many coastal cultures, is a beautiful animal. Based on that I invested in the 2010 'taku' coin . . . although, art/wise, it is sort of "comic booky" in design (IMO, that is) , I was Not happy when the mintage was diluted with the 2011.

Although obnoxious, GG had photo back-up for his/her/it's pissing contests:
The Ngc cert # for my coin is 24554476-006

For the interest of the hundreds of "views" : anyone Else have a uniquely Rare Coin. . . .ANYBODY? ? or even more of the other currency (green wisecracks)

Merlin,

Wouldn't it be easier, or cheaper to find a set, pull the coin and send it in for grading? Seems like $2,400 approx. is a bit much for this coin. Just an idea for you. The trouble with "only one " populations, is a second or third shows up. Then what? Worth 1/2? I would quietly go searching for a classy ungraded proof or specimen. That's where the money is to be made.

Default The Owner

I own the coin, I listed it at my wife's objection: she is way younger, and can afford to "hold 'em"

There are the same number of Deep Pockets on the bay, as here : zero. The best offer was a raw 95w ase (thus the comparison) . . .I have no interest in trading down !
