Default Quarterly report

Firstgold has released its 10QSB/A filing - quarterly report.
Reading it just reinforces everything they have been saying and
everything seems to be on track. Again very transparent.

The stock also seems to be reacting very nicely here and is poised
technically for a decent jump up. Really no resistance from here on up
so it will be interesting to see where it finds resistance in the medium term.

Good luck to all who jumped in and to all who do jump in. Still early
and not too late for this one.

Put a bit more in today after the substantial gains I got from Seabridge these past few days.

Let's hope it gets that liftoff we're looking for

i read that report too and am i missing something?i thought there was a paragraph in there saying that the company was going to have trouble moving forward without some additional funding needed from an outside source ie bank loan/investor etc.

Default Answer to Joe and Ridge

Hey Joe, we closed at .40 cents U.S. and more importantly good volume again on the upside. Lots of buyers looking to get in at .38/.39 with the asks
well into the low .40's.

As far as Ridge - my friend the story here is that this is a company rising from the ashes. They are currently working at putting the EXSISTING mine
into production and expect first pour of gold in the summer. They are looking at 100000 oz. per year at costs of low $200 per oz. That gives them revenue of $40 million in the first year. They have filed for a TSX-Venture listing and expect to get that in the next few weeks. This will open up a new avenue of institutional investors who can not pick up the stock currently because it is on the bulletinboard. They are already in talks with Toronto based financial companies for financing and I know they have been in talks with Sprott among others. This company will have no problem attracting money. They will generate fantastic cash flow almost immediately and will not have to dilute shareholders value but most certainly will go to bed with at least one financial institution to get some immediate cash in return for shares which will rise significantly out of the gate. Technically the stock has broken its downtrend line and has virtually no resistance from here. Company has been very transparent and this is one of the most exciting stories in the precious metal equity segment. Fantastic buy here before they get their TSX listing - this one is up up and away. Good luck.

hhhmmm... I'm up 27% in 3 weeks. Waiting on TSX listing and a stream of good news to take to $1.00 and beyond.

Nice to see Firstgold hit .41 cents U.S. yesterday.
It will be an interesting day today.

Good luck.
