Default Gold Sales Tax in Texas or Colorado?

Does Texas or Colorado have a sales tax on Gold bullion coins?

Under $1000 is considered a retail sale in texas, local tax applied.
Over $1000 is investment -- no tax

Somebody should make a sticky for bullion taxes by state. Heres my $.02

Nebraska has sales tax on bullion.
Iowa does not.
