holy smokes look at this bounce. Its like they are grabbing all the stops before moving hihger. Even i'm doutful. Maybe this is the type of fear the market needs in order to assult 700 and $15 silver. If we stay above the spike low we just had, we have a floor to work with, or a base so to speak, that has been solidified.

I have to admit, im scared as hell at this point, some of my position was cut down on the spike low. But i have a good feeling this move was ment to wipe out weak hands afraid of losing gains or looking for a reversal. I don't want to sound like i'm wishfully thinking here, but there could be a bigger rally from this than anyone would expect.

Guys this wasn't a calculated move by anyone or thing. This was an all out what f$$%k do we do sell everything across the board. Gold held major support at 660 as we spiked down. Rebound some to support at 672 but who knows. I'll admit I'm freaked losing this much in a day. Clearly tells you there are factors out there we just don't know how it will impact us.

I'm open to suggestions or thoughts but right now hard to say. I wish I went to the sidelines yesterday as some had said to.

14% drop in account...wiped out the whole month of gains just about. dang

I am truly feeling your pain.

BUT, I did an awful, awful lot of buying today. Never did so much buying in the midst of such a drop and, yowser, was it hard. Regardless, there it is.

something is going on right here. The stock market basically crashed and took metals with it. If you look across the board, the market apperas to be pricing in deflation, or there is massive liquidation. The yen and CHF gaining strength, we might actually be seeing the results of the carry trade being unwound.

i would think, gold and silver would be a flight to saftey, but i guess not.

hopefully the sell USD to buy it. The interest will make it more expensive, but it wount matter because of the price gain. This is the ulitimate test for gold.

GOLD/YEN was at all time highs, i suppose it was only a matter of time for a correcting of that.
